PROCESSING

All orders are processed + shipped within 1-2 business days.

We don’t include order invoices in shipments. If it’s a gift, recipient will not see your order's price.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout.

If you need help, please email hello@ecologiquelife.com with your order number followed by the request in the subject line, and we'll try our best to help.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed with USPS will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped from our fulfillment location.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-3 business day days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.


Once shipped, an order's tracking information and final delivery is out of our control. Anyway, our packages have insurance. If there is any problem with the delivery of our package, please, contact Ecologique within 48 Hs.

LOCAL PICKUP

After receiving your email confirming that your order is ready for pickup, contact Ecologique to schedule a pickup time. We will send you the address in an email or text.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, we don’t offer international shipping.

Returns

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of our products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact us at hello@ecologiquelife.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require a proof of purchase (Ecologique order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc.).

To assist you better, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

  • Ecologique123456 - Exchange Request

  • Ecologique123456 - Return Request

If you're experiencing an issue with an Ecologique product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so we can determine what is the best way to help you.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition items, gift cards, or items not produced by Ecologique are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
